Having enjoyed our first year as MM2H participants, my wife and I thought of
writing a short testimonial. It would be different from the many others.
Instead, we aimed at paying a just tribute to the talented professionals,
who through experience and hard work contribute to turning a dream into
reality, i.e. helping foreign visitors obtain a long term visa to live in
beautiful Malaysia.
We were lucky our path crossed that of our sponsors John and Jon or J&J,
whom we happened to select from a lengthy list of potential candidates. Ying
and Yang, opposite and yet complementary, from their looks to their
respective way of tackling challenges, their motto is straight forward: you
pay for results not for promises.
They were always available, tactful, patient, making good their precious
time and given us the impression we were their main client. We benefited
from their tremendous experience in many fields; some even remote from the
very purpose they were hired for in the first place. Keeping focus at all
times is their major strong point that gives them a definite edge over the
competition. Finally, they are trustworthy and do not hesitate to backtrack
should they make the slightest error.
We would recommend J&J anytime without hesitation for, at the end of the
process and in addition to obtaining the precious visa we got two most
pleasant friends.

Whom It May Concern;
We received our MM2H visa in August 2009 and as of Nov. 1 we are happy
residents of Leisure Farm Resort in Johor State thanks to CK-Ten.
We originally contacted CK-Ten because of their impressive straight-forward
website. We were hooked by their prompt informative response. Some websites
we contacted didn't even bother to reply.
We found the CK-Ten staff to be very professional, knowledgeable, prompt,
friendly, supportive and the best in every area of service. We would
recommend them to our best friends.

When I first decided to apply for
a MM2H Visa I was presented with a long list of Approved Agents that could
handle the process for me.
I looked at those with a central KL location and finally chose CK-TEN as the
office is very convenient and to be honest, the fees were the most
competitive.
Since then John Ching has been my right and quite often, my left hand,
personally accompanying me to the Hospital for my Medical, the Car Dealer
for many issues and finally to the Ministry of Tourism for my Visa.
John has done an excellent job and always replies to queries punctually.
Long after we have completed our initial business, John has helped me out
with various issues and advice and we have become good friends, more than
that is hard to find!
