LIST OF REQUIRED DOCUMENTS
- The Malaysia My Second Home Program

An applicant
only needs send the following documents to us to begin the Malaysia My
Second Home application
process. (He and his family members are only required come to Malaysia after
we have compiled, submitted the application and when the conditional
approval has been issued).
1) Passport.
Photocopy of every page of the passport for each person..
2) 4
passport-sized Photographs for each person
3) Proof of
credible overseas savings of:
i)
at least RM 500,000
(for applicant below 50 years old)
ii) at
least
RM 350,000
(for applicant above 50 years old) in:
a) savings
account
b) current
account
c)
fixed-deposits
d)
time-deposits
e) investment
funds
etc.
4) Prove of
monthly income of about RM 10,000 in
the form of:
a) Retirement Pension or other Retirement Benefits.
b) Remuneration from a company.
c) Rental from property owned. Rental receipt and certified
rental agreement.
d) Any other returns (consistent)
from investments such as unit trust funds, stocks, bonds etc.
5) Marriage
Certificate (if application with spouse)
6) Birth
certificate (if application with children)
7) Curriculum
Vitae of the main applicant.
8) A letter
proving the good conduct of the applicant issued by the police in his
country of origin.
9) Any other
information or documents that can further substantiate or strengthen the
application such as membership of professional bodies, welfare organisations
etc.
We will
inform the applicant via email once the documents have been safely received
by us.
